General:

• How do I make a booking?

Harlequins Hospitality:

• What time does Harlequins Hospitality open?
All of our hospitality facilities open two and a half hours before kick-off, and (apart from the Players’ Lounge) remain open until an hour and a half after the final whistle.

• When will I receive my Harlequins Hospitality tickets?
Single match tickets are sent out two to three weeks before the date of the match. However, if you prefer, (on request) we can leave tickets for collection on the day.
Tickets for Seasonal Clients are available via our e-ticketing system, so they can be easily forwarded to guests in advance. All the information regarding this is sent out in advance of the season starting.

• Where are my Harlequins matchday hospitality tickets located?
Exact seat locations vary depending on the facility you have chosen but all hospitality seats are located parallel to the pitch in either the in the DHL (East) Stand or (West) Stand – with most facilities offering direct suite to seat access.

• What food options are available?
A variety of different options are available depending on which facility has been booked with a selection of upgrade choices also available.
Specific Match Day Menus are sent out once they are confirmed two to three weeks before the fixture.

• What if someone in my group has any dietary requirements?
Our fantastic Catering Team are capable of working with any dietary requirements you or your guests may have. Simply let the team know more than a week before the Match takes place.

• What beer do you serve in hospitality?
Greene King IPA, Jesters, Heineken, and Guinness. Bottled Magners Cider is also available.

• Is there a dress code?
We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy every aspect of their day, as such there is no formal dress code. Although we do ask that guests try to avoid ripped jeans or trainers.

• Can I wear my rugby shirt?
Harlequins famous quartered shirt is among the most recognisable in the world, so the wearing of it or any other shirt is absolutely encouraged!

• Are children welcome?
Harlequins is a family club and children are always welcome in all of our hospitality facilities. Babies under two years old do not require a ticket, but children over two will need their own ticket. and count towards your final booking number.
Children’s menus are also available on request.

• What happens if the date of the fixture changes after I have booked?
All fixtures are subject to confirmation from tournament organisers and broadcasters. Our preferred kick off time is 15:00 Saturday and guests will always be notified of any change to the date / time of a match.

 

International Hospitality

• What time does International matchday hospitality open?
International Hospitality opens three hours before and closes half an hour before kick-off.
Facilities then re-open after the final whistle and remain open for another hour and a half.

• When will I receive my International Hospitality Accreditation?
These are sent out two to three weeks before the match. If multiple matches have been booked, you will receive each match individually within the above timescale.

• When will I receive my International Match Tickets?
Tickets will be given out at your table on the day.

 

Payment:

• How can I make payment?
We accept payment using credit / debit cards, though you can also pay via invoice if you leave the payment details blank on your Booking Form.

• Can I pay using an American Express card?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment via American Express.

 

Getting To The Stoop:

• How do I get to The Stoop?
By Train – The closest train station is Twickenham which is a fifteen-minute walk to The Stoop. When leaving the station turn right, head down Whitton Road, take your first left onto Court Way and then turn left onto Craneford Way which will lead you to the stadium.
By Road – The Twickenham Stoop is on the south side of the A316 and when driving into London you will see Twickenham Rugby Stadium on your left. Please complete a U-turn at the RFU roundabout and enter The Stoop via Langhorn Drive which is approximately 450 yards on your left. The postcode is TW2 7SX.

• Can I park at The Stoop?
Parking is included with some packages but can easily be added if it isn’t. If parking is included your pass will be sent out along with your tickets. Please ensure this pass is displayed clearly in the car when you arrive.

 

Merchandise:

• Can I purchase Harlequins merchandise?
It is possible to order Merchandise directly from your facility on the day.
Any orders placed in advance of the match will be waiting for your guests when they arrive.
A 10% discount is also available for all hospitality guests.
